What type of oil do you collect?

We only collect used cooking oil. We do not accept machine oil or any other non-vegetable or non-seed-based oils.

How do you collect the oil?

Our trained collection teams, made up of drivers and assistants, handle all collections safely and efficiently. Our smart technology automatically alerts our team when a collection is requested and schedules pickup within 48 hours.

How should I store the oil before collection?

We provide free UCO storage containers, based on your oil volume. Options include our bespoke ROC (Recycled Oil Container), designed in collaboration with chefs for ease of use in busy kitchens.

Is there a minimum amount required for collection?

Yes, to ensure regular collection service, your site must generate at least 200 litres per month of used cooking oil.
