Neutral Fuels LLC is a joint venture between The Neutral Group and a young Emirati entrepreneur who is a member of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for SME Development.

In 2010, Neutral Fuels, working in partnership with the Foreign Direct Investment Office of the Dubai Department of Economic Development, obtained unique permission from the Dubai Ruler’s Court and the Department of Petroleum Affaires to be the first commercial  producer of biodiesel in the Middle East, using Used Vegetable Cooking Oil as the raw material feedstock.

Neutral Fuels has secured long term supply partners for the Used Cooking Oil and long term offtake agreements for the biodiesel.

Please note that Neutral Fuels does not sell biodiesel to the general public.
